1. General Policy
Payments made to The Legal Editorial Daily are generally non-refundable once the relevant subscription or service period has commenced.
2. When We May Issue a Refund
A refund may be considered where:
- you have been charged more than once for the same transaction;
- a technical or administrative error has caused us to process your payment incorrectly;
- you receive goods that are defective, damaged or materially different from the goods you ordered, subject to applicable law and any reasonable requirements for returning the goods; or
- applicable law requires us to issue a refund.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription does not normally entitle the subscriber to a refund for the unused portion of the current subscription period. Access will normally continue until the end of the period already paid for. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring payments from being charged.
4. Goods and Physical Products
Where you purchase goods or physical products from The Legal Editorial Daily, our refund and return arrangements will depend on the nature and condition of the goods.
If you receive goods that are defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs, order information or other reasonable evidence to assess your request.
Where we approve a return or refund, we may provide instructions for returning the goods. We will process an approved refund in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
We may not accept returns for goods that you have damaged, misused or altered after delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Digital Products and Content
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, purchases of digital products or content may not qualify for a refund once we have delivered or provided access to the purchased content.
Where a technical error prevents you from accessing a digital product or content you purchased, contact us so that we can investigate the issue and, where appropriate, restore access or provide another appropriate remedy.
6. Cancellation of Other Services
Where The Legal Editorial Daily provides a separately contracted service, the cancellation and refund terms applicable to that service will be set out in the relevant agreement, order confirmation or invoice.
7. Refund Requests
Send refund requests to thelegaleditorialdaily@gmail.com and include your name, account details, order or transaction details, and relevant payment information.
For requests concerning goods, please also provide your order number and, where relevant, photographs or other information showing the condition of the goods.
8. Processing
Where we approve a refund, we will normally issue it through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider’s procedures.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
9. Changes
The Legal Editorial Daily may amend this policy from time to time. The version published on our website will apply to future transactions, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
