Report Unfair Treatment
Report transport providers who act unfairly.
- Unfair Charges or Withheld Payments: Being overcharged, charged hidden fees, or not refunded when applicable.
- Service Cancellation Without Notice: Sudden trip cancellations or refusal of service without a valid reason.
- Discrimination: Being denied service or treated unfairly based on gender, race, or background.
- Violation of Privacy: Sharing your personal information without consent or inappropriate behavior during trips.
- Unsafe or Overcrowded Conditions: Vehicles that are poorly maintained, unsafe, or carrying more passengers than allowed.
How to Report an Issue
- Choose Your Report Type: You can submit your report anonymously or include your name.
- Submit the Complaint: Use the platform to record your concern. All complaints are logged and tracked to identify repeated offenders.
- Mediation (if needed): The Off-Campus Committee may initiate mediation to help resolve the issue between parties.
