- Theft, break-ins, or suspicious activity
- Unsafe areas (e.g. poor lighting, dangerous routes)
- Harassment or intimidation
- Emergency situations
- Unprofessional or abusive behaviour by security personnel
- Failure by security personnel to respond to incidents
- Negligence or misconduct while on duty
How to Report an Issue
- Choose Your Report Type: You can submit your report anonymously or include your name.
- Submit the Complaint: Use the platform to record your safety or security issue. All reports are logged and tracked to identify repeated incidents or offenders.
- Mediation (if needed): The Off-Campus Association may follow up or initiate mediation if needed to resolve the issue safely and fairly.
